Meeting virtually, securely
The majority of our consultations and ongoing client meetings happen by video call. We use encrypted video conferencing and a secure client portal for document exchange and e-signature, which means you don't need to travel to Calgary to work with us. For clients who prefer in-person meetings, our Calgary office is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm MST and underground visitor parking is available in the building.
Court attendances, mediation sessions, and Judicial Dispute Resolution conferences are handled by our lawyers in-person or by video as required by the court. We will always confirm the format and logistics of every appearance in advance.
Getting to our Calgary office
We are located on 11 Avenue SW between 7 Street and 8 Street SW, in the heart of Calgary's Beltline. The office is a five-minute walk from the 7 Avenue LRT free-fare zone and a short drive from Crowchild Trail, Macleod Trail, and Memorial Drive. Paid street parking is available on 11 Avenue and 12 Avenue SW, and several nearby surface lots and parkades offer all-day rates. If you're coming in for a meeting, let us know in advance and we'll send detailed arrival instructions for the building.
