Meeting virtually, securely
The majority of our consultations and ongoing client meetings happen by video call. We use encrypted video conferencing and a secure client portal for document exchange and e-signature, which means you don't need to travel to Calgary to work with us. For clients who prefer in-person meetings, our Calgary office is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm MST.
Court attendances, mediation sessions, and Judicial Dispute Resolution conferences are handled by our lawyers in-person or by video as required by the court. We will always confirm the format and logistics of every appearance in advance.
